Retail customers may pay by credit card through our secure JCC system or through PayPal.
We opt to serve all customers with same day delivery or 24-48 hour delivery. All shipments are made through courier and messenger service upon weight, time and delivery schedule.
Yes, after a shipping method has been selected, you may specify your preferred date of arrival by simply filling in the date in the ORDER NOTES during checkout.
Yes, you can place international orders by selecting your country at Check Out. Should you have any problems with your order please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling Customer Service at +357 99366616 from Monday – Friday (September – May 9AM – 5PM, June – July: 9 AM – 3PM, August: Closed).
We cannot ship internationally during the summer months (July-August) due to the warm weather.
We currently do not have a retail shop, but our workshop is fully focused on producing fresh chocolate products that can be delivered to your doorstep within 24-48 hours or even same day delivery!
We do not make shipments over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) or during Public Holidays.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email that will include a receipt of your order.
During the warmer months, Yolanda’s Chocolatiers takes extra precautions to prevent damage while in transit. For local and international orders a 1.90 cents charge is added to shipping to help defray the costs for additional packaging.
We recommend storing your chocolate in a cool, dry secret place (15-18°C), away from strong odours and direct sunlight. A wine refrigerator has the ideal temperature for chocolate when stored in an airtight container. When storing in household refrigerator make sure your chocolates are placed in an airtight container.
At Yolanda’s Chocolatiers we take pride in using natural ingredients and no preservatives in our chocolates; made fresh on a daily basis. Each package has a clearly labeled Best Eaten date. Follow storing information on packaging. If the chocolates are not properly stored or not consumed by the indicated date they may go bad.
We unconditionally guarantee your full satisfaction. Our goal has always been to make fresh, high quality chocolates whilst also providing exceptional customer service. If, for any reason we fall short on any aspect of our service, we would gladly exchange an item and send a replacement. More importantly we ask that you contact us within one week of the shipping date, as we are always looking to improve and better our service for you.
